Who pays return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent — then we cover it.
Return address
We'll email the return address once your return is approved.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.
Damaged or wrong item
Send us a photo of the item and we'll replace it free of charge — no return shipping required.
